To whom this may concern,
My husband and I both work full time, and starting in April 2011, we needed full-time care for our 1 year old daughter once our parental leave ended. It was at this time that we met Sanaz at Tot Stop. This was our first child and our first experience with a daycare, however, the staff at Tot Stop and particularly Sanaz played a key role in our daughter’s enjoyment of daycare, which put us as parents at ease.
It became evident in quite a short period of time that my daughter felt safe and secure at the daycare and once her language skills evolved (which we attribute to the excellent program at Tot Stop that Sanaz reinforced daily!), our daughter would come home daily and tell us stories about Sanaz. It was obvious from our daughter’s actions at drop off and pick up and along with the stories that Sanaz was her favourite carer! Sanaz is always caring, kind, patient and lots of fun – and I know from discussions with the other parents that we all agree about the care Sanaz provides, she is exceptional.
Overall, I definitely recommend Sanaz Abbasi as a child care provider for any other family in need of day care services. With her background experience and strong abilities to connect with children, she can definitely offer everything a family would be looking for in a provider.
Sincerely,
Krista Han
Common Questions:
Did your child look forward to going to daycare? Yes, loves daycare.
How long was your child with the daycare? Since April 2011
Did you ever have any problems that you had to bring up with Sanaz Abbasi, and was it resolved to your satisfaction? I’ve never had problems directly with Sanaz, however, Sanaz and others at the daycare were always proactive and would advise of issues in advance.
Has the room always been safe and clean? Always!
Does the Sanaz Abbasi do a good job engaging the children? To say that Sanaz does a ‘good’ job would be an understatement – I would say she does an excellent job engaging the children. If I owned my own daycare the first person I would hire would be Sanaz.
Was the program stimulating for your child? Did he/she learn anything? We are amazed daily by what our daughter learns while she’s at daycare – her development since being at the daycare has been significant.
Do you recommend the daycare? Yes, I would definitely recommend.
How do they discipline your kids? While we’re not there all day, based on discussions with the staff during drop off and pick up, they use positive discipline and teach children right from wrong so they know what to do in the future versus punishing them for what’s happened in the past.
